Meet Our Upgraded Radiance Marine Collagen

Marine collagen powder

Maeraki’s mission has always been to provide unique formulations on premium ingredients but not with a hefty price tag to our consumers. Maeraki’s goal is to simplify the segregation of products in the market by presenting to our consumers a more holistic product with true transparency.

Our star ingredient is our wild caught fish marine collagen, which provides a generous serving of average 8g of marine collagen and on top of that each serve of Radiance also contains 200mg of grape seed extract! That’s typically an average amount you will receive from a pure grape seed extract supplement on the market.

Let’s explore all the key ingredients in Radiance and how these ingredients can work synergistically to support our overall wellbeing:

Hydrolysed Marine Collagen: There are largely three main types of Collagen (I, II and III) with Type I making up 90% of our body. The body’s collagen production declines with exposure to UV light and age, with our skin producing 1-2% less collagen for each year of age after 30. Our Marine Collagen is a type I collagen and is one of the finest in the world at only 2000 Dalton molecular weight so it is highly bioavailable for the body to absorb. In addition, it is made from skin only wild caught fishes being free from heavy metals, toxins and pollutants. Collagen has been clinically proven to help with skin elasticity, hydration and collagen density to battle ageing effects of the skin.

Aloe Vera Inner Leaf Juice: Potent antioxidant, Aloe Vera has unique properties such as increasing Vitamin C and E absorption. Aloe Vera Juice is known to promote skin healing, preventing fine lines on skin and promotes collagen production.

Grape Seed Extract: Rich in antioxidants especially with 95% proanthocyanidins (a class of polyphenol) can delay the ageing process by regulating age-related pathways in aged dermal fibroblasts, inhibits the production of free radicals, supports wound healing and protects the skin against UV damage.

Sea Buckthorn, Blueberry and Acerola Berry: High in Vitamin C, these also contain high amounts of antioxidants including phenolics, flavonoids, anthocyanins and carotenoids to support prevent free radical damage that breakdown collagen. Vitamin C is also necessary for natural collagen production.
