Returns and Refunds

When you receive your parcel, you must check it as soon as possible before use.

If the goods received are faulty or damaged, Maeraki must be notified and evidence such as proof of purchase, pictures of the damaged, defective or incorrect goods as well as a thorough description must be provided. We only accept goods that are unopened with its original seal intact.

Our return and refund policies only cover damaged, defective or incorrect goods which are returned within 21 days of its delivery date. You are responsible for covering any costs associated with the return and we are unable to refund your original order's delivery cost.

A registered postal service that is insured is recommended for returning the goods as we are not responsible for loss in transit. Once the goods have been returned, inspected and approved, we will exchange the goods or issue a refund for the damaged goods in the same manner the original order was paid.

Change of mind refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our goods, we do not provide change of mind refunds or returns. It is your responsibility to ensure the goods purchased are suitable for your needs and if you have any concerns, unsure or have any allergy to any of the ingredients, please consult healthcare professional before purchasing.

Your rights under the relevant Australian Consumer Law legislations remain unaffected.

We reserve all rights and discretion to limit or refuse your request for a refund, return or replacement to extent permissible by law.
