Shipping policy

  1. Once we receive your order, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is dispatched along with the delivery tracking number. Your tracking number may take up to 24 hours to become valid in the Australia Post tracking portal.
  2. Delivery within and outside of Australia is mostly carried out by Australia Post. At times, we might use other courier providers due to the location and delivery courage.
  3. Maeraki offers standard shipping at flat rate of $7.95 and express shipping at $14.95.
  4. Free standard shipping on orders above $100.
  5. The indicative delivery timeframe for standard post will be within 2-4 business days and express post will be within 1-2 business days from the day the order is dispatched.
  6. If you have any issues with your order, you may use the tracking number to liaise with the courier company in the first instance.
